Our buy counter is open Mon-Fri, 11a-2p for same day processing. Drop offs are 2p-6p weekdays and through the weekend. We only accept 1 unit (box, bag, tote ect.) Be prepared to drop off your luxury bag overnight if time doesn’t allow to authenticate same day. Note that we do fill up fast so if you’re traveling a distance, it’s always best to give us a call to make sure we haven’t closed our buy counter early. 816-554-2252.
